DAPHNE TAPP

After 20 years in the mortgage industry, I reached a point where I wanted something different. I wanted to create, share, explore new possibilities, and finally give myself permission to try the things that genuinely excite me.

My love of reading and my lifelong thrill of being a camera hog have led me to explore voiceover work and the joy of bringing stories to life out loud.  My Southern roots inspire my storytelling, while my creative ventures, including ARTiculate and Back Roads Club, give me other ways to express myself and connect with people. ARTiculate grew from my own experiences and a desire to encourage self-expression, honest conversations, and connection. Back Roads Club celebrates small-town roots, old-school memories, and the places and people that shape who we are.

I'm learning new skills, taking chances, and working toward something that once felt a little scary: making a living doing what I love.

I don't have it all figured out, and that's okay. I'm finding my voice, following my curiosity, and betting on myself.

It's never too late to try something new. And it's about damn time I did.
